*Delivery

• We deliver flower all over JAPAN.

• The flower is delivered by "Chilled" system.

• Please give us an order at least 3 days before you wish to deliver it.

• Cancellation can be accepted at least 3 days before you wish to deliver it. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

• The delivery charge is JPY1,500.

• The delivery charge for Hokkaido(north part of Japan), Kyusyu (south part of Japan) and Okinawa island is JPY1,800.
  If you want special quick service, extra JY500 is added to delivery charge.

• Online payment is available. This is compatible with SSL.

• Regarding for Diners, JCB and AMEX, please send the following information of your credit card by Email ( flower@akuti.co.jp ).
