The third menu for Slovak Cooking Class is "Creamy green beans and fried meat " accompanying "Cauliflower soup". They are likely to have a lot of vegetables, especially potato, into their dishes.It may be so because of climate reasons. "Thick soup is very popular in Slovakia" said Mr. Lajacak, Ambassador of Slovakia, who joined us in spite of his tight schedule. We enjoyed "eating" not "drinking" soup!

Karfiolova Polievka
(Cauliflower soup)

Put the boiled cauliflower and celery into blender to make a puree and add fresh cream. It's creamy!

Zelena Fazulka Na Smotane Masom
(Creamy green beans and fried meat)

Sauce tastes a bit sour with a lot of green beans. It matches fried pork.



It was a heavy rainy day. But we light with a fresh hydrangea arrangement and talks about the long summer vacation. The popular destinations for Slovak people are Italy, Spain and Greece. As we Japanese have to go over the sea to travel abroad, we envy that they can travel other countries easily. Have a nice vacation!
Dessert
Simple dessert with cocoa pudding mix, whipped cream ad strawberries. Without cooling natural sweet taste is very good!
