Cauliflower 2 blocks Celery 1stick Chicken soup 1liter Fresh cream 100cc Butter 1tablespoon Salt, Pepper, Marjoram a little Parsley a little for decoration |

| Prepare chicken soup in the pot. | Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and boil in the salty (excluded above) water until to be tender. |
Cut the celery and put it with boiled cauliflower, flour, butter and small amount of soup into the blender to be a smooth puree.

| Transfer the puree into a pot with soup and heat it. Add seasonings. |
Add fresh cream and parsley to serve it.
(Boiled and chopped cauliflower can be saved to add lastly to enjoy the feelings) |
