Zelena fazulka na smotanes masom(Creamy green beans and fried meat)


This menu can be made in any season because 
frozen green beans are available even in winter.  
Sour sauce soften the taste.  Fresh cream may 
be an alternative to sour cream.


Recipe (for 6 people)

  

●For sauce

 Frozen green beans  1kg
 Potato        3 pieces
 Flour         60g
 Butter         60g
 Chicken soup stock  1 cube
 Milk         100cc
 Sugar        1 teaspoon
 Salt, Pepper      a little
 Wine vinegar     1 table spoon
 Sour cream      200-250g

●For meat

 Pork(fillet etc.)            1 kg
 Salt, pepper, paprika, 
    mustard, flour     a little
 Oil                a little

  Boil the green beans and chopped potatoes in a salty (excluded above) water until to be tender.   Fry butter and flour in the pan and add chicken soup stock and milk to make white sauce.   Separate boiled green beans and potatoes from water and put them together with the white sauce. Add sugar, vinegar, sour cream and seasonings.

●ADVICE●
Leave a small amount of water to soften the hardness of the creamy sauce.

  Slice the pork, beat each piece and cut the edges. ●ADVICE●
Fillet is so soft that you may cover it with foil and beat it with the flat face of the beater.
  Add seasonings, mustard and flour and fry it in the pan.   Serve the sauce and fried pork separately for people to help themselves on the table.
