●For sauce Frozen green beans 1kg Potato 3 pieces Flour 60g Butter 60g Chicken soup stock 1 cube Milk 100cc Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt, Pepper a little Wine vinegar 1 table spoon Sour cream 200-250g ●For meat Pork(fillet etc.) 1 kg Salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, flour a little Oil a little |

| Boil the green beans and chopped potatoes in a salty (excluded above) water until to be tender. | Fry butter and flour in the pan and add chicken soup stock and milk to make white sauce. |
Separate boiled green beans and potatoes from water and put them together with the white sauce. Add sugar, vinegar, sour cream and seasonings.

Leave a small amount of water to soften the hardness of the creamy sauce. |
