| The second menu for Slovakian Cooking Class is "Potato pancake" which may be more popular than "potato dumplings" we learned last time. "Slovakian dishes" mean "potato dishes?" They likely to have potato quite often. Appetizer is hot salad. "Hot appetizer is very delicious for hot summer days" Jela said. This menu fits beer so much. I bet you'll want to try it in the coming season! |

Potato pancake with garlic taste smells good! Stewed meat is good as filling. Fresh or stewed vegetable is also delicious and healthy! |
Simple and hearty home-made dishes are so friendly! And it is more enhanced by beautiful flower arrangement, polished silver cutlery and beer or wine when we have visitors. |
