Parsley 110g Onion 110g Celery 60g Butter 25g Flour 2 table spoon Chicken stock 1000cc Fresh cream 100cc Salt and Ground pepper French bread of garlic bread |

| Prepare chicken soup stock in the pot. | Chop roughly parsley, onion and celery. | Put chopped vegetables, flour, butter, a little soup into the blender and work to a smooth puree. (Do twice if the amount is too much) |

| Transfer puree to the pot and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add seasoning. | Finish with cream and let bread accompany. |
