Vegetable soup


Mixed vegetable can be the main item for soup.  It's simple!



Recipe (For 4 people)

  
 Frozen mixed vegetable        250g
      Onion                         1 piece
      Butter                        2 table spoon
      Garlic                         1 clove
      White wine                    150cc
      Chicken soup stock             500cc
      Salt, pepper, nutmeg           a little
      Milk                            50cc
      Butter, flour                   40g each

  Heat butter (2 tbl spn)in a large soup pot, add chopped onion and grated garlic and fry them.   Boil mixed vegetable until tender and put it into the above soup pot. Add white wine and chicken soup stock. Cover the soup pot and cook for about 10 minutes.   Fry butter and flour together, add it into the above pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

  Finish with milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Milk may be alternated with sour cream.
