Frozen mixed vegetable 250g
Onion 1 piece
Butter 2 table spoon
Garlic 1 clove
White wine 150cc
Chicken soup stock 500cc
Salt, pepper, nutmeg a little
Milk 50cc
Butter, flour 40g each

| Heat butter (2 tbl spn)in a large soup pot, add chopped onion and grated garlic and fry them. | Boil mixed vegetable until tender and put it into the above soup pot. Add white wine and chicken soup stock. Cover the soup pot and cook for about 10 minutes. |
Fry butter and flour together, add it into the above pot and cook for another
10 minutes.
