Potato rolls are recommended to form in a larger size to enjoy the feeling.
You may arrange it by putting cheese or sausage inside. Cabbage can be
eaten much because the volume is down by steaming.

For Baked chicken (for 4 people)
Chicken breasts 4 pieces
Milk 100c
Butter 3 tea spoon
Salt, Pepper, Paprika a little
For Potato rolls (for 4 people)
Potato 1kg
Flour 200g
Egg 1 piece
Salt, pepper, nutmeg a little
Oil
For Cabbage
Cabbage 1 piece (whole)
Onion 1 piece
Butter 4 table spoon
White wine 150cc
Chicken soup stock 250cc
Cumin 1 table spoon
Sugar a little
Wine vinegar 1-2 table spoon

| Clean the chicken breasts. Marinate them in milk for about 2 hours in refrigerator. | Arrange them on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, paprika and butter. Cover it with foil and bake in a hot 220℃ oven for about 25 minutes. |
Boil the unpeeled potato, peel it and mash or grate it.

| Add flour, egg and work a mass. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. | Form rolls by wet hands into 2-3cm thick. |
Fry it in a deep fryer.

| Melt butter, add chopped onion and fry it. | Slice a whole cabbage, add it to onion and butter. Pour white wine, chicken soup stock, cumin, wine vinegar and sugar. Cover the pot and cook for about 30 minutes. |
Arrange three of them on a plate and serve it.
