Pancakes filled with almond cheese


Thin pancake sweetened by honey and cottage cheese almond filling.
         Sweet liquor and sprinkled cinnamon sugar is a good point.



Recipe (For 4 people)

  
  For pancake
        Egg                3 pieces
        Milk               250cc
        Mineral water       80cc  (Water + baking soda)
        Flour              100g
        Honey             3 table spoon
        Salt, oil            a little
        Cinnamon sugar   a little
        For filling
        Cottage cheese     100g
        Sliced almond      100g
        Lemon sauce       1 table spoon
        Vanilla essence     a little
        Sweet liquor        1 table spoon   ( apple or pear base)
        Milk               100cc (optional)

  Mix eggs, milk, mineral water, flour, honey and salt and bake thin pancakes.   Mix all ingredients necessary for almond cheese filling.   Spread enough amount of the filling on each pancake and roll it. Place it on a tray and put into the oven for about 5 minutes.。

  Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and serve it.
