Pie stuffed with ham and cheese

 The combination of pie, ham and cheese is standard and always delicious!


Recipe （For 8 people）

　　 
Frozen pie sheet         1piece
Sliced cheese             4piece
Sliced ham              　4piece
Egg                     　　  1piece

　 Knead the pie sheet and cut in about 4x4cm squares. (16pieces) 　 Cut each piece of ham and cheese into four (16 pieces each altogether). Then roll it (or arrange it any shape you like ). Be sure there will be no space for any outlet. Mix the whole egg well and brush each piece with it. 　 Cover bottom of a baking sheet with oil and arrange the stuffed pie pieces on it. Heat the oven for 200?C and bake it for about 20 minutes.
