Baked chicken breasts with mashed potato


Bake chicken breasts with various seasonings on it in the oven.  The 
 secret is to marinate meat in milk to soften it.  Make the mashed potato
 tender with milk and mixer.


Recipe (for 8 people)

  
*  For Baked chicken 
Chicken breasts          8 pieces
Milk                     100c
Butter                   3 Table spoon
Dried vegetable seasoning  2 or 3 Table spoon
(or Chicken soup stock powder)  
Salt, Pepper, paprika       a little 

* For Mashed potato
Potato                     1kg
Milk                       100cc
Salt                        a little
Butter                     8 tea spoon

  Clean the chicken breasts. Marinate them in milk for about 2 hours in refrigerator.   Arrange them on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, paprika and dried vegetable seasoning. For each piece put a spoon of butter. Bake in a hot 220℃ oven for about 30 minutes.   Peal and cut potato into small cubes. Boil them in a salty water till tender. With the help of an electric mixer, mix the potato well. Later, add milk and mix a little bit longer.

  Serve the chicken with mashed potato and pour hot butter on the potato.
