Welcome back to the Slovak Cooking Class! Today's ,menu is also simple for people to remember how easy the Slovak home cooking is! I bet today's three items are so delicious to tongue and eyes that you would want to try them!

Pie stuffed with ham and cheese

Roll pie sheet with ham and cheese in it and bake it. Melted cheese is good and crispy.

Baked chicken breasts with mashed potato(right)

Put chicken breasts with seasoning in the oven and heat them. Soft mashed potato enhances it.

Autumn Salad(left)

Cut the vegetables you like, mix them and serve with dressing. The key is color combination!

We met and got together after the long absence including summer holidays. It was a very fine day to enjoy the feeling of the new autumn season. Our talk popped on the autumn events and the winter issues over a colorful meal with a colorful table flower arrangement. Nagano Olympic game is one of the main topics because many Slovak players will come to attend the game. In Slovakia, winter sports are very popular especially skating because rivers and lakes turn to be natural rinks for people to skate. Mr. Ambassador, Lajcak seemed to be confident with the Slovak ice hockey team. We look forward to watching their game!
